Our ice cream is made in small batches using locally grown oats, as well as highlighting other local ingredients such as Hazelnuts from Hazelnut Estate, Apples from Millers Flat and more. We focus on supporting local businesses and reducing the food miles involved in our products to create a more sustainable ice cream.
